Cosmetology Program

The cosmetology program at All Beauty College is our most comprehensive course offering. It runs 1600 clock hours and approximately 12 months, with a minimum of eleven months of instruction and a maximum of thirteen months. All of our course offerings cover Arizona state law and licensing, in addition to the core training modules:

  • Theory of Cosmetology
  • Hair care (styling, shaping, etc.)
  • Skincare (facials, etc.)
  • Nail care (manicures, etc.)
  • Chemistry
  • Sanitation
  • Electricity
  • Ethics
  • Entering the workforce

Cosmetologists frequently specialize in a particular field that is of the most interest to them, or which offers the most practical job opportunities. Students who complete the cosmetology program at All Beauty College will be trained in all aspects of traditional beauty school skills, which will allow them to choose freely which areas to pursue.

Aesthetician Program

The aesthetician program is a shorter course that is offered based on staff discretion. When offered, it is a 600 clock-hour program to be completed within six months. It covers much of the same coursework as the cosmetology program, but the practical skills focus is on skin care:

  • Theory of Cosmetology
  • Science of skin care
  • Skin treatment and services
  • Skin diseases
  • Chemistry
  • Sanitation
  • Ethics
  • Entering the workforce

Completion of the aesthetician program will provide students an opportunity to become licensed cosmetologists in a shorter period of time while focusing on an area of service that interests them. The minimum required time to complete the program is just fifteen weeks.

Nail Technician Program

For students who are interested in a shorter program that focuses on nails instead of skin care, the nail technician program is also a 600 clock-hour, six months maximum training program offered at staff discretion. It covers skills necessary to work as a nail technician:

  • Manicures and pedicures
  • Artificial nails
  • Anatomy
  • Nail diseases
  • Sanitation
  • Entering the workforce

Becoming a nail technician through our program will provide students with everything necessary to pass the state licensing exam and start working in the field of nail care. The training program can be completed in as little as fifteen weeks, which means that students get to start earning money sooner.
